Our Mission
Our mission is to bear witness to
Jesus Christ by what we say and do that,
by Grace, we may lead others into
God's Kingdom.
"For God so loved the world that he gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall have eternal life."

A world full of trouble
Why all these problems?
The source of our problems came with the beginning of the world: Adam and Eve listened to Satan rather than to what
God had told them. They ate of the fruit of the tree.

As humans, it is our nature to sin just as Adam and Eve did. It's easy to choose sin. But when we do, we are letting Satan take control, turning us against God. (Ephesians 2:1-3). Our rejection of God's Grace and love corrupts our world. Troubles arise through our actions, words and thoughts. Again and again, we tune in to what others say instead of listening to the voice of God. For this, we deserve eternal punishment. But God provided a Solution...His Son.
The Solution
Given Through Grace
God did not leave us in this sorry state,
lost in sin and facing eternal punishment. He sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to become fully human like us. Jesus lived a perfect life. And he willingly surrendered it to take the pain and penalty for our far-from-perfect human failings: for yours and mine. (Matthew 27:46). And to show that all was paid for, he rose
from the dead, destroying the power of Satan, so that we no longer need to live in fear.
(1 Corinthians 15:54-57).
New Life
Given Through Faith
The treasures of forgiveness, fellowship and eternal life are waiting for each of us. These become ours through faith in the Gospel (Romans 1:16-17). God’s voice in the Bible speaks to us in truth like no other.
Given Through Scripture
Treasures from God
The Word of God preached, connected to the waters of Baptism and in the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper, brings us God’s treasures. This is why we gather together to learn, grow, worship and share the Gospel.
In Our Worship
We focus on the gift of salvation Jesus offers us as we join in:
-
Historic liturgies followed by Christians throughout millennia.
-
Scriptural hymns that reinforce the truth and share the richness of the Gospel in a beautiful way.
-
Bible-based sermons and studies, rooting us in the Word.
